The parking lot in the backyard was very helpful for us as guests with disabilities. The tram station across the street made it easy for us to access the city center. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed.

That the mattress in our room was old and springy. Additionally, despite the outside temperature being relatively cool, we found the room to be uncomfortably warm and didn't want to use the air conditioning.
